The Umpire Strikes Back

Made for the GMTK Jam 2023. The theme was "Role's Reversed", so I made a game where you play as the Umpire of a Football match.

It's a dark time for football. Though FIFA has been destroyed, Imperial teams have forced Umpires into servitude. Enslaved by the suits, they referee a deadly new league, putting their lives on the line. With NEW RULES added every MATCH, no Umpire has survived more than 3 MATCHES...

INSTRUCTIONS: Press SPACE BAR to blow your whistle when a player breaks the rules. That's it.

NOTE: The first 4 rounds are slow and kinda easy, but I swear it gets better.
